We have four sets of Vacuum PVD machines, two of which are horizontal furnaces, the other two are vertical furnaces. Horizontal furnace for plate surface color treatment, vertical furnace is mainly used for components color treatment, such as stainless steel chair legs, bathroom accessories.

Our factory uses vacuum titanium plating technology, cheap spray toning coating on the market is cheap and easy to fade.

Cost comparison between titanium plating and spray painting：

1. The cost of titanium plating is high, mainly because the production process is more complex, and the titanium metal itself has high performance.

2. The cost of painting is relatively low, because spraying is a low-cost, color and process of a variety of surface treatment methods.
