Anti-fingerprint process

Anti-fingerprint stainless steel is coated with a very thin and durable protective layer through nanotechnology on its surface. The anti-fingerprint principle is achieved by depositing a hydrophobic material film layer on the surface, making it have the characteristic of being difficult for stains to adhere like a lotus leaf, and possessing superior properties such as anti-fingerprint, oil and water repellency, stain resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The anti-fingerprint effect refers to the fact that the fingerprint marks left on it are shallower than those on ordinary stainless steel surfaces, and they are relatively easy to wipe clean. After wiping, there will be no residue of stains.

This process is not limited to any specific type of stainless steel; materials such as 201#, 202#, 301#, 304#, 430#, and 443# can all be processed. After fingerprint-free treatment, the processed plates can generally meet the requirements in terms of processing, such as bending or stamping.
