8k stianless steel sheet mirror finish

The 8K board is also known as mirror plate, or 8K mirror glass or NO.8. It is made of 304 stainless steel as the base material and is processed through rough grinding, fine grinding and ultra-fine polishing techniques to achieve a surface with mirror-like luster. This sheet material features strong corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and a colored surface layer that does not fade even at 200℃. Its surface remains intact when bent at 90°. As a base material for colored/etched sheets, it can be processed into customized products through the coloring process. It is mainly applied in fields such as architectural decoration (elevator panels, curtain walls), industrial design (home appliance panels), customized products, and landscape sculptures. The grinding and polishing process includes steps such as rough grinding, fine grinding, cleaning, drying, and quality inspection. The processing requires mechanical grinding and polishing (such as 8K mirror polishing machine), and the processing cost of double-sided 8K sheets is approximately three times that of single-sided ones.

The 8K board is mainly applied in fields such as architectural decoration, industrial design, customized products, and landscape sculptures. In architectural decoration, it is commonly used for the decoration of columns, ceilings, display windows, glass door frames, counters, elevator panels, and curtain walls in places like hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, and airports. In home decoration, it can be used for the decoration of kitchen equipment, doors and windows, etc. In industrial design, it is mainly used for the panels of household appliances. In addition, the 8K board can serve as the base material for colored or etched boards, and can be customized through the coating process to produce customized products.
