The antique copper of stainless steel is a very popular technology nowadays, which displays a retro style generally, the basic material are 201, 304, 316L, 430, 441, 443. Our thickness range is 0.7mm to 3.0mm, and the standard size is 1219x2438mm and 1219x3048mm, what’s more, we could do the special width not more than 1500mm, and special length not more than 4000mm. The antique copper surface is neat and beautiful which widely used into kinds of outside decoration of buildings and elevator decoration.
Vibration yellow copper
This surface treatment is commonly employed in public facilities, kiosks, indoor and outdoor decorations, as well as elevator interiors.
Raw Material: We typically select materials from TISCO, BAOSTEEL, and POSCO due to their high density and low hardness. These materials offer a polished, smooth, and bright surface after polishing, making them well-suited for welding, cutting, and bending.
Process Quality Control: The sheets undergo polishing using Hairline/Vibration and Mirror finish machines before the PVD process. Following washing and drying, our inspectors assess surface quality under proper lighting, coating the PVC film once quality is confirmed.
PVC: We use NOVACEL brand PVC imported from Germany, with a thickness of 0.07mm for Cross Hairline surfaces. (Other PVC types are available upon request.)
Packaging: Our standard packaging involves a fumigation wooden case, sturdy and suitable for sea transportation. (Customized packaging is available upon customer request.)
Pre-Delivery Inspection: Our standardized production process includes a thorough pre-delivery inspection.
