The cross hairline surface is known for its neat and beautiful appearance, making it widely utilized in various exterior building decorations and elevator designs. Additional treatments, such as etching and PVD coating, can be applied to create unique surface variations. The cross hairline finish can also be combined with other artistic processes like bead blasting, vibration, partial PVD, partial mirror, and more.

This surface finish is commonly used in public facilities, kiosks, indoor and outdoor decorations, and elevator interiors. We use high-density, low-hardness materials from reputable sources like TISCO, BAOSTEEL, and POSCO, ensuring a nice, smooth, and bright surface after polishing. Our materials are suitable for welding, cutting, and bending processes.

Quality control is paramount in our production process. After polishing with the cross hairline machine, the sheets undergo inspection under proper lighting conditions. Once quality is confirmed, a PVC film is applied for protection.

We use NOVACEL brand PVC imported from Germany with a thickness of 0.07mm, though alternative PVC options can be supplied upon customer request. Our packaging is a fumigation wooden case suitable for sea transportation, customizable according to customer preferences.
